I bought this disc after hearing "Gone Gone Gone (Done Moved On)". My husband grew up a Led Zeppelin fan so I was aware of Robert Plant and I am amazed at the range he still has! I have long been an AKUS fan, Alison Krauss sings like a bird and the pairing of these two is just sublime. I love "Sister Rosetta", the big 'clompy' sound, it sounds so Eastern bloc. "Let Your Loss be Your Lesson" is a sassy piece. "Nothin'" and "Fortune Teller" feel so retro and amazing. "Polly Come Home" and "Stick With Me Baby" are really mellow. The harmonies on "Please Read the Letter" are awesome, their styles just blend so well. I cannot say a bad thing about any of the songs, only that there are not enough of them!
